The highlight of the year for Summerville residents is the Flowertown Festival . This year the festival begins April 4 and ends on the 6Th. The nationally acclaimed festival is the largest Arts and Crafts festivals in South Carolina. The family oriented event is held each spring in Azalea Park. With over 200 craft artisans, vendors, live entertainment, food vendors, a children’s carnival, tennis classic, and a historic tour of homes and gardens there is something for everyone to enjoy.
