Not even a year old, Husk restaurant is receiving accolades throughout the foodie world. I love food so Husk will for sure be on my next date night list. And for a little restaurant to receive so much attention it's got to be pretty good. According to the latest article in Bon Appetit, the Chef, Sean Brock " isn't reinventing Southern food or attempting to create some citified version of it. He's trying to re-create the food his grandma knew—albeit with the skill and resources of a modern chef."
Can not wait to give it a try!
