After several years of being in “limbo” Carolina Park is selling like hot cakes. Since September over 100 homes have sold. The average home being built is between 1800-3200 square feet. Prices for the single family homes from the 300’s and custom homes in the Riverside at Carolina Park start in the 500’s.
The current and future Residents Club includes a junior Olympic size pool, playgrounds, walking trails, tennis and an outdoor cooking cabana. There will be future Library, EMS/Fire station and commercial space including restaurants. The plan includes a future elementary school. Also there is over 140 acres of recreation space and parkland. 220 preserved acres of marsh and wetland also surround the Carolina Park community.
There are a wide range of floorplans and homesites to choose from. Ryland, David Weekley Homes and Saussy Burbank are building on the homes sites starting in the 300’s. Phase 3 and 4, another 120 lots are scheduled to be released in February.
Currently there are 5 custom builders building in the Riverside at Carolina Park. Cline, Sabal, Hibben, Structures and Burton company are building on the 90 available lots. These lots are in Flood Zone X and are build on a crawl space. The builder will buy the lots for you and carry the loan for 8-9 months while you go through the building process. Currently 17 lots have already been sold. The homes will be between 2400-5200 sqft. The Burton Company will cater their floorplans to empty nesters.
